Maintain financial records for clinics

Maintain accounts receivable; verify returned checks;
coordinate collections

REGULATORY

Maintain compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and labor laws

Compile information needed for government compliance
reports (ie: Income Tax Returns, Property Tax Return,
Gross Receipts Tax Return)
PROCUREMENT
COMMUNICATIONS

Schedule monthly and special Board meetings

Oversee/Run monthly and special Board meetings

Prepare agenda for monthly and special Board meetings

Schedule and run staff meetings; coordinate agenda with
Chief of Staff (COS)

Organize seminars for tech staff, local DVM’s,
and staff of local DVM’s
